stsfy is the practice of Mark Taylor, a chartered accountant (ICAEW) based in London. We support early stage and scaling businesses from incorporation through to exit, particularly AI companies.

The work covers finance, legal and HR, in partnership with external specialists where a piece of it needs one.

• Finance. Bookkeeping and management accounts, budgets and cash flow forecasting, board and investor reporting, VAT, statutory accounts and the corporation tax return, and the numbers behind a funding round or a sale.
• Legal. Company formation, company secretarial and the statutory registers, shareholder agreements and articles, EMI and other share option schemes, and the commercial contracts a growing company signs.
• HR. Employment contracts and offer letters, payroll, pensions auto-enrolment, equity as part of a package, and the policies that come with hiring properly.
